The TBT program and trainers helped me reach my goal of feeling confident and looking awesome on my wedding day! With the awesome workouts to push you past your limits and the knowledgeable trainers to educate you on nutrition, you can’t go wrong! For the first time, I could put on a bikini and feel strong & sexy! The problem is, now I am actually addicted to TBT! I have made some amazing friends and just can’t stop going to my TBT workouts!!! I have always been one of the girls who worked out……but let me tell you this is not just “working out”, TBT has changed my life! Thank you TBT trainers!!!

They are awesome!!!! The only way to go from couch potatoes to fit, especially us over 55. The trainers are experts at modifying your work out to accommodate all my aches pains. They provide excellent diet advice and monitoring. Can’t beat the price. I’ve lost 40 pounds, off my b/p meds and the fittest I have even been. Personal training without he heftty price tag.

I have worked this program and it is fantastic. It works for all body types and all areas of difficulty. The trainers are encouraging and really focus on your goals and have the info and nutritional advise to back it up…finally your questions to weight loss answered. It’s fun and easy and I would recommend it for anyone really serious about finally getting in shape! I can’t say enough!

A really great program – even if you are under conditioned like me! Dedicated trainers who WANT you to succeed. 10 week in and I’m down about 20 lbs — slow and easy like the books say. The trainers know you have a life outside of your workouts, but are CONSTANTLY encouraging you and will give you LOTS of nutrition help and advise and even shopping lists! Don’t miss out…..TBT works.
