Jen Holt- TBT Lead Trainer (Universal Fitness and Health)
Jen Holt is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine who is from a small town in Alabama. There, she received numerous awards such as tournament MVP, best offensive player, and highest free throw percentage as captain of her high school basketball team and best defensive player as captain of her high school softball team. She was also a cheerleader for 5 years. After graduating Valedictorian of her class, she went on to Troy State University where she majored in Accounting and turned her extracurricular focus to Taekwondo. Moving up the ranks, she competed in many national tournaments winning trophies for forms and sparring. While working toward her instructor certification, she won the 1998 ATF National Championship in the women’s 2nd Degree division and continued on to achieve the 3rd Degree Black Belt rank which she still holds today. Being an accountant for 17 years and an athlete all her life, she was most impressed by the fast results and personal training feel that clients get with Total Body Training for a fraction of the cost.
